The creator behind El Arze Diaries and founder of Holygrains & Simply Seasonal. Holygrains is a Micro-bakery & fermentation house rooted in organic, whole ingredients and ancestral techniques.
How It Started
Early in 2020, I began sharing wholesome recipes made from scratch, a simple curiosity that deepened after my son Amir’s autism diagnosis. That moment led me to explore natural fermentation and the power of healing through food.
The Rise of HolyGrains
What started as a simple home project soon grew into something much bigger, a journey shaped by passion, learning, and family.
Today, it’s not just me , it’s me, Abo Amir, and Amir each of us part of this growing craft. Every loaf, jar, and blend carries our shared effort, laughter, and love.
From humble beginnings in our kitchen to a small fermentary filled with life and ideas, this space continues to grow, one creation at a time, guided by the same purpose that started it all: to bring back what’s real, natural, and made with heart.
