Frequently Asked Questions
Are your gluten-free products celiac safe?
No, they are not celiac safe, but they are certified gluten free.
Are your products gluten free or dairy free?
Not all of them. Each product includes a full ingredient list and allergen note so you can make the best choice for your needs.
Do you add sugar?
It depends on the product.
All rustic sourdough breads are completely sugar free.
We only add organic cane sugar to our soft breads, but don’t worry the natural microbes consume it during fermentation.
As for sourdough granolas, they’re lightly sweetened with organic maple syrup or agave.
How should I store your products?
Each item has its own rhythm:
- Sourdough breads should be stored at room temperature in breathable bags for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Granolas stay crisp in airtight jars or their craft bag.
- Ferments are best kept in the fridge.
