Organic Mighty Seeds

Mighty Seeds Sourdough is built for depth, nourishment, and real character. The base relies on 60% organic wholewheat flour, supported by rye and white flour to create balance, strength without heaviness, structure without dryness. Wholewheat brings fiber and minerals, rye adds gentle acidity and aroma, and white flour keeps the crumb soft and open.

A generous mix of seeds gives the loaf its name and purpose. Flax and chia support digestion and natural moisture, nigella adds an earthy note, while sunflower and sesame contribute richness, minerals, and a warm, toasted finish. Slow sourdough fermentation transforms the dough, deepening flavor and making the bread easier to digest while allowing the grains and seeds to fully express themselves.
