At El Arze Diaries, we are committed to providing high-quality edible products that are prepared, packaged, and delivered with strict hygiene standards. Due to the nature of our products, and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy.


1. No Returns

All items sold on our store are final sale. Because our products are edible and perishable, we cannot accept any returns under any circumstances, including:

  • Opened or unopened items
  • Products received in good condition
  • Unwanted or mistakenly ordered items

This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality control for all customers.


2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders, including those paid online. This applies to:

  • Delivered orders
  • Undelivered orders due to customer unavailability
  • Orders where the customer changes their mind
  • Accidental or duplicate orders
  • Orders refused at the door

Once an order is placed and payment is submitted, all sales are final.


3. No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Our preparation process begins immediately to ensure freshness and timely delivery, which makes cancellations impossible.


4. Damaged, Wrong, or Quality-Related Issues

Although we do not accept returns or refunds, we will assist you if your order arrives:

  • Severely damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • Not meeting basic quality standards

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos so our team can evaluate the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a replacement or store credit. This is not guaranteed and is handled case by case.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All items sold by El Arze Diaries fall under this category, as they are edible products. We strictly follow food safety regulations, and therefore, no product can be returned, replaced, or refunded once it leaves our facility.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that:

  • You review your order carefully before checkout
  • Your address and delivery details are correct
  • You are available to receive the delivery

El Arze Diaries is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or customer unavailability.
