At El Arze Diaries, we prepare and deliver all orders with great care to ensure freshness, safety, and high quality. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Pre-Order Schedule

We accept pre-orders between Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed during these days are queued for preparation and delivery on the next available delivery day.


2. Delivery Days

We currently offer:

  • Same-Day Delivery on Monday only
  • No deliveries on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

Orders placed outside the accepted schedule will automatically be processed for the next Monday delivery.


3. No Pickups

At the moment, we do not offer any pickup option. All orders are delivered exclusively through our delivery partners.


4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on the location and will be calculated at checkout (if applicable). Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.


5. Delivery Process

Because our products are edible and time-sensitive, customers must ensure:

  • They provide a correct and complete delivery address
  • They are available to receive the package upon arrival
  • A contact number is active and reachable on the delivery day

El Arze Diaries is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or unreachable phone numbers.


6. Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you or deliver the order due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

  • The delivery will be marked as failed
  • No refunds or replacements will be provided (as per our no-refund policy)

A second delivery attempt may require a new delivery fee.


7. Delays & External Factors

While we work to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or road closures
  • Courier capacity
  • Force majeure events

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or order cancellation.


8. Order Confirmation

You will receive an email or message confirming your order once it is placed. Another notification may be sent when the order is out for delivery.


9. Quality Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery. If the item appears damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so our team can review the issue.
