Organic Figoaccia

A Mediterranean-inspired focaccia made with organic bread flour and naturally fermented sourdough starter for exceptional flavor and texture. Finished with extra virgin olive oil,  it offers a soft, airy crumb and a beautifully golden crust. Slice into cubes and serve with olive oil or balsamic vinegar, or simply cut it in half and turn it into a delicious sandwich.
